Girls Beginner Chess Tournament

Description: This is a charity tournament with ALL proceeds being used to grow chess with chess programs at libraries and title one schools, and scholarships. There will be 5 rounds total. The tournament will be held on May 14th at 12pm and should finish around 3pm

• 5 Rounds
• Rounds 1 starts at 12 PM
Time controls:
• G/15 (15 minutes for each side)
Entry fee: FREE (Suggested donation of $10 to help grow chess)
Sections and Prizes:
- K-1st grade
- 2nd-5th grade
- 6th-12th grade
- 5 Trophies for each section and medals to everyone with 3 point scores
*Any refunds will be deducted a $7 fee for processing and transaction fees*
